Ingredient List

  • 2 Zucchini sliced lengthwise (a mandolin is best)

  • 1 jar Favorite Pasta Sauce

  • 224g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (low fat)

  • 1lb cooked ground turkey

  • 1 clove Garlic

  • Red Pepper Flake/Oregano/Basil (optional)

  • 70g Low-Fat Cream Cheese

  • 340g of Low Fat Greek Yogurt

  • 5-10g Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instruction

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. Mix Greek Yogurt, Cream Cheese, and Mozzarella cheese

  3. Spray a 9x13 pan and dollop a few spoonful of pasta sauce

  4. Layer ground turkey and garlic plus any herbs

  5. Layer the Zucchini

  6. Layer the Cheese mix

  7. Repeat Steps 4-6

  8. Top with Parmesan Cheese

  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes
