Shrimp Not Scampi make 3

Ingredient List
12 oz Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/2 white onion diced
2 Tbls butter (or low-calorie butter sub)
4 oz Cauliflower pasta or Banza pasta
1 tsp Mirin
2 tsp Mince Garlic
3g dried Oregano
3g dried Basil
1 c Frozen Peas
Chopped Parsley for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil water for the pasta and cook as directions dictate (you know what to do here, just make the water salty like the ocean)
In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic in the butter
Add the shrimp and cook until they start to turn pinkish
Add a few tablespoons of the pasta water then add mirin and herbs
Add the frozen peas
Add the drained pasta to the shrimp pan and toss to combine
Salt and pepper to taste
Add the parsley and allow the heat to warm the peas,
Plate and do the the thing thing… Take a picture of it.
