Ingredient List

  • 1 Potato- bake the potato, cool overnight, slice into steak fries. Or just bake of precut fries

  • 6-8 oz Lean Stir Fry Sliced Beef or Skirt Steak

  • 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic

  • 2 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/4 c Worcestershire

  • 1/4 c Soy sauce

  • heavy pinches of Salt and Pepper

  • 1 Joseph’s Lavish Flatbread

  • 2-3 tbls of Guacamole (homemade or store bought)

  • 1/2 Onion Sliced

Instructions

  1. Bake a potato the night before (or have fries ready to cook)

  2. Mix Gran. Garlic, Onion Powder, Soy, Worcestershire, Plus Salt and Pepper

  3. Marinate the Beef in the mix for 30 mins to overnight

  4. Slice bake potato or make fries by the instructions (do your thing)

  5. Sear the beef in a hot pan. cook to 140ish but your call on steak doneness

  6. Lay out Flatbread and coat in the Guacamole and sliced Onion

  7. Place fries and steak

  8. Roll that fatty

  9. Optional (crisp the flatbread in a panini press or in the pan
