1/4 lb 96/4 Ground Beef
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder (more onion right)
1-2 g Worcestershire (just a few drops)
1 pinch Salt
3 grinds/turns of Black Pepper
Caramelized onions
I sprinkled water to not burn the onions, I did not use oil)
2 Borden Cheese Slices
1 Center slice Healthy Wholegrain Bread

Instructions
Slice the onion and do caramelizing things. Sauté it low and slow forever.
Form patty and lightly season side A with Worcestershire, garlic powder. mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper
Get your surface hot. Grill, cast iron, Foreman grill
Slice bread in half the toast. Toast can be sprayed with cooking spray or use ‘low cal’ butter.
Place patty, side A down and repeat the seasonings form step 2
Cook to liking and add the cheese
Stack the goodness
Serve it up
