Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla (look for low-calorie options)

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or whipped cottage cheese

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the Caesar dressing. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt (or whipped cottage cheese), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix it all together until smooth and well incorporated. Set it aside.

  2. Take your large whole wheat tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spread the prepared Caesar dressing evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

  3. Place the sliced grilled chicken breast on top of the dressing, followed by the chopped romaine lettuce. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the lettuce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Time to wrap it up! Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla, making sure to tuck in the fillings as you go. Once rolled, slice the wrap diagonally into halves or smaller portions if desired.

  5. Serve your Caesar Wrap with enthusiasm! You can enjoy it right away or wrap it tightly in foil for later.
