Box Jumps: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (Jump to the top of a high platform or step, then safely step down between reps)

Plyometric Push-ups: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (Perform push-ups, but explosively push your hands off the ground and clap in mid-air before returning to the starting position)

Medicine Ball Slams: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
