Godspeed

Godspeed, also known as August Heart, is a DC Comics character who possesses superhuman speed, making him one of the formidable speedsters in the DC Universe. August, a former detective, gained his speedster abilities through a Speed Force storm. Driven by a desire for justice, Godspeed has a unique ability to steal the speed from other speedsters, amplifying his own powers. His complex character adds an intriguing dynamic to the Flash's rogues' gallery, as he blurs the line between hero and villain with his unique approach to enforcing justice.

  • Warm-Up (5 minutes):

    • Light Jog: 2 minutes

  • Dynamic Stretching: Arm circles, leg swings, high knees, butt kicks - 3 minutes

  • Speed Drills (15 minutes):

    • Sprints: 10 sets of 30-second sprints with 30 seconds rest in between.

    • Agility Ladder Drills:

    • Side-to-side hops, in-and-out drills, and quick feet exercises - 5 minutes.

  • Speed Cone Drills:

    • Set up cones in a zigzag pattern and sprint through them with quick turns - 5 minutes.

  • Interval Running:

    • 5 sets of 2 minutes moderate jogging followed by 1 minute of an all-out sprint

  • Strength:

Goblet Squat: 3 sets for 15 reps

Jump Lunges: 3 sets of 12 reps per side

Push-Ups 3 sets of 10 reps

Rotating T-Planks 2 mins total

Leg Raises 2 sets of 15 reps
