  • Warm-Up (5 minutes):

  • Band Pull Aparts, Eagle Pose, Ukrainian Deadlifts

Straight Arm Lat Pull Thru: 4 sets of 12 reps

Reverse Grip Row- 5 sets of 6 (increase weight each set)

Facepulls- 2 sets of 20 (at 1 sec hold at each rep if possible)

Lu Raises: 3 sets of 15-20 reps (at same number of partials to the end of each set)

Barbell/DB Shrugs: 2 sets 15-20 reps (pause at the top of each)

Hammer Curls: 1 warm-up as needed 2 sets AMRAP
