The workout is done in sequence. Movements include a superset to be completed along the way.

Warmup: Completed in 30 seconds per exercise, then repeated at 45 seconds per exercise

  • Jumping Jacks

  • High Knees

  • Arm Circles

  • Air Squats

Workout:

  • Banded Push-Ups: 4 sets until you can only do 2 more reps. Follow the 4th set with 1 set of normal pushups to failure

  • KB Swings: 4 sets of 30-second intervals

  • Pullups: 3 sets until you can only do 2 more reps, then hang until failure on the last set.

  • Reverse Lunge to Kick: 3 sets of 15–20 per side.

  • Plank 5 sets of 20–30 holds

  • 10-20 Walk/Jog
