Bane, a formidable villain in the DC Comics universe, is renowned for his exceptional physical strength and strategic intellect. Infamously known as the man who "broke the bat," Bane famously defeated Batman by exploiting his weaknesses, showcasing his cunning and ruthlessness. Enhanced by the super-steroid Venom, Bane's imposing presence and complex character have cemented him as one of Batman's most enduring adversaries, embodying the duality of intellect and brute force.

This is all big heavy lifts with a barbell. The idea is to start with what you can deadlift for 10 reps and each exercise pulls more weight off the bar

1) Deadlift (sumo or conventional) 5 sets of 10 reps

2) Barbell Rows 4 sets of 10 reps
