Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman is a DC Comics superhero character who first appeared in 1941. The alter ego of Princess Diana of Themyscira, a warrior princess of the Amazons, Wonder Woman possesses superhuman strength, agility, and durability. She is also equipped with a variety of weapons and gadgets, including the Lasso of Truth and indestructible bracelets, which she uses to defend justice and fight against evil. Wonder Woman is an icon of female empowerment and a symbol of strength, courage, and compassion.

This is a workout focused on Quads, Triceps, Shoulders

This is run as a set/reps. Every time through challenge to add 2.5 pound or the lowest increment increase. You want to keep adding power to this.

1) Bear Crawls 10Feet- 4 sets (practice staying low)

2) Bulgarian Split Squats 3 sets/leg 12-15 reps (increase weight each set)

3) Alternating Overhead Press - 4 sets 6-10 reps (increase weight each set)

4) Lunge Jump- 2 set of 20 reps (10/leg) Can be replaced with step back lunge.

5) Single Leg Deadlifts- 3set 8-10 reps (increase weight each set)

6) TRX Chest Press or Push-Up 3 sets 15 reps (can be done in segments/clusters just finish them all)

7) Wonder Woman Squats to failure. Hold your forearms up over your face like in a fight, squat down, and drive through the floor to standing. You knee continues to travel up to just under to meet your elbow

8) TRX Clutch Curls or Dumbbell Curls to failure
