Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) (RB)

Hal Jordan, also known as Green Lantern, is one of the most iconic characters in the DC Comics universe. He is a member of the Green Lantern Corps, an intergalactic police force armed with power rings that grant them incredible abilities. Run/Walk 1 mile


Between completing each exercise, ie Last set/last rep add 10 burpees before starting the next exercise.

Tuck Jumps 3 sets 4-6reps (This can be subbed out with timed jumping jacks or max jumps)

Pullups/Lat Pulldown 4 sets of 1-3 (if advanced, add one rep/set)

Air Squat/Goblet Squat 3sets of 15-20 reps

Push-Ups 2 sets AMRAP (as many reps as possible) GOOD FORM!! (on the last set wrap the band around your arms)

Banded Rows 2 sets AMRAP (as many reps as possible) GOOD FORM!!

Reverse Crunches 2 Sets of 15-20 Reps
