Green Arrow, also known as Oliver Queen, is a skilled archer and vigilante in the DC Comics universe. He uses his expert marksmanship and combat skills to fight crime and uphold justice in Star City. With his signature bow and arrow, along with his determination and resourcefulness, Green Arrow battles against corruption and injustice, embodying the ideals of heroism and redemption.

This is all about agility and concentration. There is a ton of pulling (back work). Be ready to shoot a lot of arrows.

1) Side Lunge Windmills 2 sets of 20 total

4) Russian Twists 3 sets of 12-15

5) TRX Rows 3 sets of 20 (closer your feet to the pivot point, the tougher it is)

6) Dumbbell Star 3 sets of 8 (Front Raise/Lateral Raise/Rear Delt Raise is 1)

7) Archer Push Ups 5 sets of 5-10

8) Banded Rows to failure (failure is elbow can not cross spine)
