This is all resistance bands based. Complete each exercise in order. Can add finisher sets (failure on the last set) as well.
1) Banded Push-Ups 3 sets of 10-12 reps
2) SUPERSET: Banded Bent Over Rows Banded Lat Pulldown 4 sets 6-8 reps
3) SUPERSET: Banded Squat and Banded Good Morning 3 sets 8-10 reps
4) Banded Overhead Press 4 sets 6-8 reps
5) Banded Lateral Raises 4 sets 8-12
6) Banded Pull Apart 2 sets 15-20
7) SUPERSET: Banded Biceps Curls and Overhead Triceps 2 Sets ( To failure one exercise, then fail the next, then repeat)
