Mr. Fantastic, also known as Reed Richards, is a founding member of the Fantastic Four in Marvel Comics. Possessing unparalleled intellect and scientific prowess, Richards is a brilliant inventor and leader. His ability to stretch his body into any shape allows him to perform incredible feats and solve complex problems. Alongside his wife Sue Storm, his brother-in-law Johnny Storm, and their friend Ben Grimm, Mr. Fantastic embarks on daring adventures to protect the world from various threats, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to science and heroism.

This is all resistance bands based. Complete each exercise in order. Can add finisher sets (failure on the last set) as well.
