This workout is chest, shoulder and triceps

Juggernaut is a dangerous character once he get going. He is able to generate almost infinite momentum and basically push through anything. So we get a push style workout

Barbell Bench Press 4 sets of 8 reps

Barbell Overhead Press 3 sets of 10 reps

Front Raises 3 sets of 15 reps

Push Ups 2 sets of 20 reps (can be broken in to 5 rep intervals)

Lateral Raises 3 sets of 12 reps
