Ninja Turtles

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or TMNT for short, are a group of four anthropomorphic turtles who were mutated into humanoid form and trained in martial arts by their rat sensei, Splinter. The turtles are named after Renaissance artists and live in the sewers of New York City, where they defend the city against various villains, most notably their archenemy Shredder and his Foot Clan. The turtles' personalities and fighting styles differ, with Leonardo being the leader, Michelangelo being the funny one, Donatello being the inventor, and Raphael being the hotheaded rebel.

This workout is focused on Shoulders, Back, and Triceps

This is run as a set/reps. Every time through the challenge to add 1 pound or the lowest increment increase. You want to keep adding power to this.

1) Break Dancers (4 sets 20-30secs) May progress to 2 sets of 1 min

2) Bicep Curl to Press 3 sets/leg 12-15 reps (increase weight each set)

3) Dips- 5 sets 5-8 reps (Focus on a a slow lowering phase even if you cant press out just slowly lower)

4) Jump Squat- 2 set of 20 reps (or 4 sets of 10) or use Squat to Calf Raise

5) Lat Pullovers (4 sets of 5) (1-2 sec hold at the bottom)

6) Narrow Row Lunge 3 sets of 10 [5 per leg] (increase weight each round)

8) Pike Press Hold (as low as you can go) 3 sets of 15 secs
