What 2 Years Of Weight Training Taught Me

In this blog, I share my experience of weight training and how I learned that adding weight is not about getting fat, but rather getting stronger. After losing 50lbs, I realized that I did not want to remain in my comfort zone and aimed to gain weight with intention. I cut my workout days from six to four, focusing on mobility and yoga on the other days, and also prioritized his sleep. I advise that consistency is the key to building a habit and achieving goals.
